About Us

At Urgent Care Plus, a nationally accredited urgent care facility, we are a team of caring and experienced professionals who are committed to serving the community by providing expert and compassionate care. With seven exam rooms including a dedicated procedure room we can handle a large variety of illnesses and injuries as well as routine physicals. Additionally, we offer X-ray and limited laboratory services.

Mehdi Jadali, MD FACS

Mehdi Jadali is a board certified general surgeon who has been in practice since 2005. Additionally, he has been working in an urgent care setting since 2007, including 8 years as medical director of the facility. He is also an accomplished artist and in his free time he enjoys cooking, working out and spending time with his family. You can follow him on instagram @mehdijadali.art

Mary Lou Terribilini, RN, BSN

Mary Lou Terribilini is a registered nurse, who has been in practice since 2007 in a variety of settings including ICU, hospice, long term care. She has been working in an urgent care setting since 2020.  Additionally, she is co-owner of Alive IV, an IV infusion center in Newark, DE. In her free time she enjoys traveling to the shore and following Philly sports.

Lorraine Slater, RN, BSN

As a nursing administrator Lorraine brings 40 years of nursing experience to our team, 9 of which she spent as the Director of Nursing in a busy urgent care center. Graduating from Wilmington University with her BSN Lorraine’s expertise lies in critical care and ambulatory medicine. She has been recognized as one of Delaware’s top 100 nurses in 2020 by DelawareToday she is well equipped to serve the Wilmington community. Additionally, she is co-owner of Alive IV, an IV infusion center in Newark, DE. She enjoys spending time with her family and their dog Mr. Bean

Lisa Adwell, RN

Claire Anderson, RT

Radiology Tech

Claire Anderson is a registered radiology technologist who has been in practice for decades. After working in a hospital setting in New Jersey for many years she has spent the last 20 years in a busy urgent care setting. In her free time she enjoys running and biking and spending time with her family.

Nikki Howard is a nurse practitioner who has been in practice as a registered nurse since 2010 and as a nurse practitioner since 2019. She has worked in a variety of settings including primary care, emergency room and urgent care. Additionally, she serves as medical director at Charmed Medspa.

Pasha Jadali

Pasha brings his knowledge of information technology, network set-up, and website design to UC plus. He has previously set up internal networks for two local practices and designed a website for a local business. Julie Poludniak is a physician who has been in practice since 1999. She has practiced as a family practice physician in private practice and since 2006 in urgent care settings. Additionally, she has served as medical director of Employee Health and Occupational Medicine at Union Hospital in Cecil county MD.

Sean Simpson is a physician assistant who has been in practice since 2020. He has worked in several busy urgent care centers. He also specializes in orthopedics and interventional pain and spine. He is an avid sports fan and likes golf. He enjoys spending time with his family.

Paul Yerkes, MD

Paul Yerkes is a family physician who has been in practice for many years after finishing his residency at Christianacare where he served as chief resident. Additionally, Paul has a degree in engineering from Villanova and practiced as an engineer for 5 years before going to med school.
